Basicaly the commn is paid to the business which is done for his service earlier. And as all of us know that getting new business is such a tough thing in nowadays. If at all the new broker is going to serve that client he is going to redeem and get a new business. so time involved is going to be very less. But old broker might spent huge time with that client to bring that business. And moreover mf is paying trail for exisiting fund and not for new fund. I would suggest the trail should be paid to old broker only only only.

If a Old Broker Does Not have Capacity to Retain His Client, Than why should he get the Revenue for the Hard Work Done by the New Broker...
